False claims in amenities. It supposedly has a 24 hours coffee shop and a restaurant. I’m shocked to say that they don’t have a functioning restaurant. Also shocked to find that they don’t provide coffee, tea, sugar etc to make our own coffee ( an electric kettle is present). They buy coffee from some outside shop and give. I feel cheated and robbed of my money ( around Rs 4500) for one night. I’ve checked their claims of gym, swimming pool etc. I’ve my own doubts. We had to walk out to find a restaurant. I’ll not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a glorified lodge.Actually for making the false claims the hotel should apologise and refund the money. The next question is ‘ how to believe Trip advisor recommendations’.

We booked their restaurant to host a newly wed couple wedding and was very disappointed that the quality of food served was very bad. Every guest was completely dissatisfied with the service offered. The meals were served cold without heating up, service without any smile. In summary, I have enjoyed street food and when compared with that, this hotel food is far behind standards.

Filthy rooms, incompetent staff

We took a trip to the vaitheeshwaran temple on 29 Feb 2020. From the time of check in when the reception staff could not get their printer to work and wanted to hold on to our id to the mold-filled room 104 (deluxe, pics attached), this has been an unpleasant experience. The staff "cleaned" another room- 107 (some of the most unclean pillows, have been told that laundry will come in at 4pm?!!). Instead of spending on the couches in their lobby and a "business centre"- another dusty room, spend on the housekeeping. You would think for someone in the hospitality business, this would be basic knowledge. A good alternate to this is sleep in your cars! Do not recommend this place!

Hotel Is Simply Awesome. Located Centrally at the Mayliaduthurai. Rooms are big and amenties are fine too. They too have a party hall. We booked 3 rooms and all the rooms are More comfortable. Looking forward to stay there again....
